Its’s all about self-confidence, improved focus, physical strength, and positive social interaction.

About Me

After achieving many degrees in black belt, I decided it was time to give back. I purchased ATA Martial Arts in February 2020, after training in Songahm Taekwondo for 15 years. ATA Martial Arts mission is to create a safe, fun, healthy environment to train our bodies and our minds.

We study 6 lifeskills throughout the year- discipline, belief, communication, honesty, self-esteem, and respect. These lifeskills are incorporated into our physical training while creating fun challenges to reinforce positive behavior outside the dojang. Our students range in age from 3 years old to late 70’s. Songahm Taekwondo is designed for every body, at any age. We have had the luxury of persevering and testing our determination throughout 2020; and with great resolve, here we are! I consider it a blessing to serve the community I grew up in, to give back after so many have supported me.

What People Say

We care about the experience you have with us!

My children love it and I love it! It can get pricey if you really decide to dedicate yourself, but they're willing to work with you on just about everything. It's well worth it to see the confidence and discipline my children are beginning to exhibit. And the instructors make classes so much fun!

My family has been going to ATA for two years. It is an amazing experience for myself and my kids. We are a busy family and have a very busy schedule. Grace (owner) has een so undeerstanding and has worked with my kids and made extra arrangements to help my son keep up with class. Truly, an amazing experience. That being said I myself has joined ATA and love the workout it has given me.
